Section updates
- As the first event in a new Digital Tools for Privacy and Confidentiality series, digital preservationist and software developer Tessa Walsh will present a demo of Bulk Reviewer, an application that supports the identification, review, and removal of sensitive digital files. The demo will be followed by a Q&A session; attendees are welcome to submit questions, or share tips from their own experience with the tool, either in advance via this form or via chat during the event. Registration is free and open to anyone interested in how this tool might be used in born-digital processing. The Bulk Reviewer presentation will occur Tuesday, November 16 from 2-2:45 pm Eastern/1-1:45 pm Central; registration is available here.
- The P&C Section is also seeking presenters for future events in the series! If you have experience using digital tools with privacy and confidentiality applications in your archival work, and would be interested in hosting or co-hosting a webinar, please consider filling out this form, and we’ll be in touch!
